Customer Service Representative

Hello! We are a Virtual Assistant company, and we are looking for candidates with customer service experience to place with an Answering Service in the US. We currently have 10+ VAs working for them, so we know it's a very stable position.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• 1 or more years of BPO experience in a voice role
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
