Customer Service Representative

About the Role

As a CSR (Logistics), you'll play an important part in supporting our drayage operations, helping coordinate container movements, assisting customers, and ensuring shipments run smoothly.

You'll work remotely while aligning with U.S. Pacific Time business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day drayage operations, including container tracking and updates.

Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and returns with drivers and dispatchers.

Communicate effectively with customers, truckers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor shipment details and ensure accurate documentation.

Handle customer inquiries via email or chat in a clear and professional manner.

Assist the team with reporting and administrative tasks related to logistics.

Qualifications

College degree required.

Excellent English communication and comprehension skills (written and spoken).
