Union Healthcare has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative.
We are looking for someone who can generate sales orders, support in achieving OTC products target, provide offers, and support the pharma sales team in compliance to company standards and procedures.



Responsibilities

1.Facilitates the customer's transactions by receiving phone calls

• 2. Generates sales orders through Whatsapp or online ordering

3. Supports sales team in OTC products target and offers

4. Generates sales orders according to a specific routing

5. Generates daily sales reports

6. Supports the pharma sales team:





Qualifications

• Holder of a relevant degree (TS or BS in business)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or telesales

• Communication Skills

• Interpersonal Skills

• Negotiation Skills
