About the Role
We are looking for a highly reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our US-based eCommerce operations. This role will handle live chat, phone calls, and email tickets while ensuring every customer receives fast, accurate, and professional support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage live chat support across multiple platforms
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Respond to and manage email support tickets
Resolve order-related issues including delays, cancellations, wrong items, and replacements
Process and explain refunds, returns, and chargebacks
Track shipments via USPS, FedEx, and UPS
Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction
Maintain accurate records inside CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
