Job Summary
Responsible for preparing and issuing customer quotations, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments to support sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotations
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp)
- Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates
- Coordinate with sales, production, and warehouse teams on orders
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation
- Maintain proper customer records and filing
- Handle basic complaint resolution and escalate when necessary
- Support collection follow-up when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
