About the Role
CORE RESPONSIBILITY :
Order relatedGood communication with sales team /Customers to make sure orders are received correctly .
- Work as Oracle OM user to accurately and timely issue SO in Oracle system and follow up the production schedule with local supporting dept to fulfill customer demand.
- For local produce items , work closely with logistic team to arrange shipment and fix any issue if accured. Handle in-land logistic including all affairs in the port such as customs clearance, and transportation to warehouse and to customers.
- For import items , work with US/ China team closely to monitor physical status and offer related CI/PL for shipping . Close sales order timely once Bill of Loading done .
- Sample order ship control .
- Issue invoice and post to customer side regularly.
