Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong command in English verbal and written communication skills both.
- Customer-focused attitude, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
