SUMMARY The ACG Customer Service Representative role is to support sales related activities that include customer order entry, customer order confirmation, internal follow-up, return authorization creation process, and coordinate customer order shipments. This role requires excellent communication skills with the focus of serving our customers at the highest level. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
