**WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION**:
- Responsible for the processes order and quote entry into the ERP system.
- Management of customer back-orders and lead time inquiries, including working with Planning and Manufacturing to determine accurate shipping dates.
- Resolution of price discrepancies identified at the time of order.
- Understands customer needs in making day-to-day decisions and frequently provides feedback or takes action on changes in customer requirements.
**YOU HAVE**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, International business.
- +3 years of experience in Customer Service.
- +3 years of experience or knowledge of ERP/order management systems.
