About the Role
● Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
● Great Typing skills (at least 40 words per minute required, 40 WPM for Chat,
Social Media and Email).
● Must be available for a regular schedule, one that spans weekends, and
holidays, as our customers need us. Shifts may include evening or early
morning hours.
● Patience, empathy, and an evolved ability to manage stress.
● Skilled and eloquent writing.
● Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations.
