SPAN – Mortgage
Designation: Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control reviews of residential loan files as per QC standards
- Manage daily operations and client handling
- Review income, employment, credit, DTI, LTV & collateral documentation
- Validate loans against GSE guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac)
- Identify risk factors, fraud red flags & compliance gaps
- Mentor team members and manage client escalations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- 1–2+ years of experience in Mortgage QC / Underwriting
- Strong knowledge of US Mortgage & Real Estate guidelines
- Commercial Real Estate knowledge is an added advantage
