We are looking for Summer Customer Service Representatives available to work between May 4, 2026 and September 7, 2026. We are looking for great people who are passionate about delivering an engaging customer experience that keeps our customers coming back. As part of your paid training, you will learn about store operations, customer service, and product knowledge: wine, beer, ciders and spirits. As an LCBO Customer Service Representative, you will have a chance to inspire others and share your knowledge with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using our cash register system, promptly, courteously and responsibly, providing a positive and memorable customer experience
• Ask for donations for our partner charities (our Spirit of Sustainability Campaign)
• Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
