About the Role
We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to handle Ride Hailing App account.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer concerns related to e-commerce orders, financial transactions, and travel bookings
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
- Follow company policies and account-specific guidelines
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards
Qualifications:
- HS Graduate - with at least 36 months of BPO experience
- SHS Grad and up - with at least 12 months of BPO experience
- Good written English communication skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to work night shifts and shifting schedules
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
