Job Purpose

Join AkzoNobel’s MPY (Marine, Protective & Yacht Coatings) team in Burnaby as a Customer Service Representative! In this key role, you will support both internal and external customers and play at the heart of our order fulfillment process, helping us deliver innovative coating solutions to our valued clients.
Key Accountabilities
Order Management: Accurately process customer orders, send confirmations, communicate delays, and collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, and sales teams.

Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, claims, and questions efficiently and professionally.
