We’re looking for customer‑centric, confident communicators to join our Customer Service Centre in Crestmead.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering a positive service experience — both over the phone and face-to-face.
Our Customer Service team works closely with multiple internal departments and truly acts as the engine room of the business, keeping communication flowing and ensuring our customers receive a seamless, end-to-end experience. This is not a sales role, but a service-driven position supporting long-term customer relationships.
