The Role
Based in our clients; vibrant Murray Street office, you will be the first point of contact for our business customers. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where you will handle back-to-back calls, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Handling general banking enquiries.
• Assisting with business card queries.
• Managing and resolving customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
