Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all mall visitors with friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on mall tenants, facilities, services, promotion and events.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, professionally and empathetically. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant appropriate departments for further investigation and follow-up.
- Manage the loaning of amenities such as wheelchairs and strollers and handle Lost & Found items.
- Assist with cases involving lost children or senior citizens.
- Support mall marketing communication activities, including promotional gift redemptions.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of mall policies, procedures, and tenant information.
