Job Description We are seeking a temp for the Customer Service department. $22 an hour 8:30am to 5pm With the following qualifications: Strong computer skills Ability to learn quickly Willingness to learn and take on new tasks Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Act as the main communication hub between customers, sales, and internal teams. Prepare and communicate job bag requirements and customer information to production and quality teams. Enter and maintain job workorder, specification sheets, and releases in the ERP system. Manage customer inventories, raw materials, WIP, and receivables. Maintain and organize customer assets (samples, files, structures, etc.). Assemble job bags with workorder and customer assets Assist with new product introductions and business meetings. Facilitate resolution of product complaints and serve as liaison between customers and manufacturing. Support graphics and structure approvals when needed.
