Manage and direct site maintenance team on customer site, including cooperate with customer and internal Dematic, commissioning, repair, maintenance, training, spare parts management and promotion, system audit, M&U recommendation, etc.
The position holder is responsible for service sales to ensure tasks completed.
1.To analyze the existing and potential customer base and to formulate the successful strategies to promote Dematic service, solutions and products in the mentioned industry in the Chinese market by working closely with sales and sale support team; To conduct customer visits/presentations, proactively educate and guide customers;
