About the Role

Overview

JAS is an international, non-asset-based supply chain services and solutions company. Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and other supply chain management services, including consulting, the coordination of purchase orders and customized management services.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service is the primary contact for any customer. The Customer Service (CS) intercepts shipping orders, keyes orders into the system, and conducts follow-up with requestors, customers, and foreign JAS offices. The CS communicates between departments and customers to solve and support operational duties, aiming for growth of volumes and gross profit and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Provide a high level of accurate, complete, and timely response to internal and external reporting.
