Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator, Location: Cracow, hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home office)

Full time role, permanent position(contract of employment)

As our Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Customer Service EMEA organization and the Global Transportation team. The role combines customer service activities with hands-on logistics coordination, shipment monitoring and trade-related documentation support.


In addition to processing customer orders and returns, the position focuses on proactive shipment monitoring, issue resolution with carriers, return transport coordination and customer dissatisfaction analysis.
