Job Description

• Handle all inbound calls, live chats, and emails related to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and issues regarding the company's products and services.
• Deliver excellent customer service and provide accurate information to customers.
• Work closely with the team to achieve required KPI and SLA targets.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns in a professional manner.
• Perform multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / UEC / IGCSE qualification
• Able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese
• Good computer literacy and typing skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Team player with strong sense of responsibility
