Responsibilities
Monitoring of the Billing Process to ensure that Invoices are raised in a timely & accurate manner upon job completion to manage unbilled costs.Monitoring of monthly cost developments to actively drive the achievement of profitability targets and provide feedback to CS Business Support to better shape our commercial offers in line with cost development.Communicating with customers and other internal stakeholders to resolve contract or payment-related disputes on time to enable timely cash collection.Reviewing of Commercial Terms & Conditions of Contracts & Adhoc offers being sent out from Customer Service to Customers.Creating accurate and timely reporting of monthly/quarterly/annual financial results to HQ / local management/CS HOF/CS Head.Mai...
