Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries from drivers, customers, and clients via WhatsApp and phone calls, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service delivery.

Job Description

• Manage daily communication with drivers, customers, and clients through various channels, primarily WhatsApp and phone calls
• Handle rescheduling requests, address changes, and driver delay updates promptly and efficiently
• Liaise between drivers and customers to relay special requests and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update relevant systems accordingly

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
