We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Agent L1 (English & Mandarin Speaker) for urgent needs (ASAP).

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat quickly and accurately
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and empathetically
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Assist customers with the ordering process, order tracking, and cancellations
  • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy
  • Record customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin/Chinese, both spoken and written
  • Proof of language proficiency in the form of certificates, test results, or relevant professional experience 
  • Experience as a Customer Service representative or project-based Customer Service representative is a plus
