We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Agent L1 (English & Mandarin Speaker) for urgent needs (ASAP).
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat quickly and accurately
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and empathetically
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with the ordering process, order tracking, and cancellations
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy
- Record customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Mandarin/Chinese, both spoken and written
- Proof of language proficiency in the form of certificates, test results, or relevant professional experience
