Customer Service Clerk - Legazpi

As a Customer Service Clerk, you’ll help ensure transactions are accurate and customers leave satisfied. If you enjoy interacting with people and paying attention to details, this role is for you.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks May Include:

1. Daily Operations

• Check completed sales transactions following company procedures
• Verify cashier entries on invoices and receipts against purchased items
• Wrap and seal purchased items and attach the customer’s copy of the receipt
• Request and verify signatures for card transactions to ensure authenticity
• Check and validate credit memos, invoices, and merchandise details
• Follow company policies and procedures consistently to maintain accuracy and efficiency

2. Customer Engagement
