Works collaboratively with key internal departments to address customer issues.













**Job Requirements**







工作职责:

1. 根据客户提供的订单和预测(通过邮件、网站等),整理后及时导入SAP系统,确保订单和预测的正确性。

2. 处理售后问题,通过和质量、物流等部门的合作,及时处理产品质量问题引发的的退换货或者退货退款的安排。

3. 通过和销售,供应链等团队合作,根据供应和需求情况做分析并提出建议,确保满足客户的正常生产。

4. 通过优质的服务与内外部客户建立良好的关系,向内外部客户提供合理的商务解决方案,提高外部客户满意度。

5. 其他:支持数字化系统管理等相关工作。
