About the Role
Job Description
• Management and processing of sales orders / customer inquiries / complaints / feedback
• Coordinate with and provide support to customers and respective departments.
• Work with the operations team to provide feedback to customer on operations issues, resolve service issues highlighted by the customers and ensure that customer's performance measurements are met.
• Provide quotations to customers with necessary follow up and liaison.
• Servicing existing customers.
Job Requirement
• Preferably with at least 1-3 years relevant experience
• Excellent customer service skills, spoken, written ability communicate at all levels
• Possess good analytical abilities with interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in Microsoft office
* Entry level ITE / Diploma Grad are welcomed to apply
