About the Role

PhysioExtra is currently looking for chief agents to complete its team(s) .

Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Chief Agent assists him/her in the day-to-day management of the reception area and ensures that all customer service standards are met by the team of agents under his/her supervision.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Ensure the quality of service provided by the clinic agents
  • Ensure the customer experience according to the standards in place (sending reference cards, birthday email, etc.)
  • Manage the CNESST/SAAQ schedules of the clients
  • Administrative follow-up of CNESST/SAAQ client files (authorizations, reasoned opinions, tags, sending of reports, etc.)
  • Manage the therapists' schedules according to the standards
  • Manage the schedule of the agents
  • Fax all authorization requests and reports, documents to physicians, etc.
  • Perform secretarial duties
