Customer Service Agent

This position is responsible for implementing the Customer Service daily operations.
** This is not a Call Center
A company which specialized in the complete fabrication of all types of sheet metal products. Armed with an idea to produce a high quality yet affordable safe, like many great businesses and brands as an idea, a product to fill a need blended with the capabilities of the existing business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist Consumers on inbound calls with general inquiries, troubleshooting, and warranty replacements
- Input complete and accurate information on Zendesk (Ticketing System)
- Provide service parts and follow-up delivery
**Requirements**:
- +2 years of experience in customer service (Industry preferable/ Call Center Acceptable).
- Good communication skills are needed for this position.
- Fluent in English is a requirement for this position (spoken/written).
- Computer skills required.
