About the Role

 We currently have exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to be based at our Belfast service centre!
 Your official role title would be Deployment Centre Agent and you would be responsible for:
 Completion of general administration to support the Supervisor and the wider team, ensuring % compliance on all documentation.
 Provide help and support to internal colleagues and customers.
 Ensure the efficient running of the scheduling system, making amendments where needed and communicating these changes with the team and customers that are affected by them.
 Provide operational information and feedback to relevant management teams.
 Controlling and replenishing the consumable stocks for the relevant area.
