About the Role
Job Description As a Customer Reliability Engineer, you will coordinate schedules and participate in work with the customer to comply with the “Reliability Support Agreement (RSP)”. You must be able to troubleshoot by investigating problems related to product performance and application specific issues. You will make complex and independent seal and equipment evaluations, selections and recommendations and manage John Crane owned inventory at site. You'll interact with customer appointed program manager, as needed to ensure needs are met and customer is satisfied with John Crane performance of RSP. Also addressing any issues immediately as they arise. Travel as required performing duties and working directly with customers.
