Our Site based in Hermosillo (Mexico) is currently looking for a: CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST Our Customer Relationship Specialist is responsible for controlling and ensuring the integrity of fixed assets from physical, accounting, and tax standpoints. Responsibilities: Maintain control of communication with the client by channeling information provided by internal departments according to their requirements. Timely follow-up on invoicing to ensure prompt payment. Overdue invoice status tracking. Handling, negotiation, and justification with clients (obsolete materials). Analysis of the company’s sales budget (in coordination with internal departments and KAMs) to ensure compliance. Channel product...
