One of the Global Network Service Provider that provides network / security solutions, is now seeking Customer Relationship professional to join their service team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. 
Provide single point of contact for customer support issues. 
Serve as a reliable, accessible and effective escalation point for the customer on any operational matters or on implementation progress
Build up a professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
Coordinate with different internal/external parties to meet the mutual performance objectives, milestones and customers’ expectations.
