Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive candidate with prior experience in Retail Telesales . This role is for someone who is results‑driven, willing to lead a team, and motivated to increase income through performance , rather than relying on overtime (OT) for earnings. (This position is not suitable for passive candidates or those who lack clear goals or a results‑oriented mindset. )

Job Responsibilities

• 客户沟通与跟进：负责拨打及回复客户来电与线上询问（WhatsApp、电话等），了解客户需求，提供清楚、专业的说明与后续跟进服务。
• 数据整理与销售支援：整理、维护及更新客户与销售相关数据，确保资料准确、有系统，协助团队进行跟进、分析与安排。
• 业绩目标与团队协作：根据公司设定的目标与流程，达成个人及团队的销售目标与 KPI，并与团队成员配合，持续提升整体销售效率与成果。
