About the Role
As a Customer Relations Services Representative, your role is to execute the security program in the mall. Part of your duties is to create an environment that is safe, secure, and harmless for all customers, visitors, tenants, and employees. It is your responsibility to keep our customers safe and to have an aweSM customer experience.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree of any 4 year course
- 0 to 2 years work experience in the security industry. Basic knowledge in computer. Basic knowledge in Emergency Response.
- Strong personality, competitive, efficient
- CSP - Certified Security Personnel (Optional)
