Oversee and control day-to-day customer service activities to ensure consistent service quality.
Receive, assess, and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and process customer-related documentation including contracts, assignment transactions, and Pink Book submission procedures.
Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.
Manage, coach, and inspire the Customer Relations team to meet and exceed service performance targets.
