About the Role
STEP Inc. is looking for a Customer Relations Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reply to inquiries via Facebook, Shopee, TikTok, hotline, Viber, and Messenger
- Follow up on deliveries and coordinate with franchisees
- Respond to and track leads from Facebook ads
- Support Facebook Groups and Viber Communities
- Update databases and daily trackers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years experience in sales admin or customer service is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of G Suite is a plus
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn internal order systems
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible with occasional weekends/holidays
