About the Role
What You’ll Do
- Own the customer quality interface, leading root cause analysis and containment of non-conformities (customer & cross-dock), ensuring fast resolution and protecting customer satisfaction.
- Drive quality performance through data, monitoring external PPMs and NCEs, leading structured problem-solving (8D), and ensuring robust PPAP approvals while cascading lessons learned across the plant.
- Champion SQDCM excellence, aligning quality actions with operational targets, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and strengthening a zero-defect culture across cross-functional teams.
What Is Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, with experience as a Quality Engineer in manufacturing/automotive environments. Advanced english.
