What you can look forward to as a Customer Quality Engineer:
Claim management -manage customer complaints, leading problem solving process:immediate feedback to customer, install containment actions at supply chian to avoid customer escalation, coordiate root casue analysis and counter measure development and installation, reiew quality of 8D review, present 8D towards customer as necessary.PPAP documents collection, review and submission.Customer satisfaction monitoring and improvement.Customer specific requirement identification and implementation internally.Deviation requests application and if necessary follow up to have in time customer approval.
