Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Customer Quality systems and KPIs.
- Oversee department budget, including customer-related charges.
- Ensure strong performance in customer scorecards and quality metrics.
- Manage customer quality portals, including PPAP documentation and deviation requests.
- Lead warranty quality processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication and relationship with customer sites.
- Ensure timely and accurate response to customer quality issues and drive root cause analysis.
- Monitor and improve team performance and departmental KPIs.
- Supervise quality support at customer plants and coordinate sorting activities when required.
