Customer Program Manager

Job Description- Responsible for customer projects as SW program manager from design-win to meet mass production schedule
- Responsible for technical communication for project execution, requirement definition/collection by meeting and customer site visiting
- Responsible for customer deliverables including SW package planning/quality with internal project teams
- Responsible for customer support account management and issue tracking/assignment
- Responsible for maintaining/developing relationships between customer project stake holders and decision makers including internal project stake holders
- Responsible for customer project schedule tracking/requirement changes and negotiation
- Responsible for sharing the latest information from the customer to internal team for better business planning and decision
