Client Onboarding & Audit Scheduling Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify client contracts in Salesforce in collaboration with Sales teams.
  • Manage complete client onboarding processes, including data entry, certificate creation, and client portal access.
  • Schedule initial, surveillance, and re-certification audits, ensuring auditor availability and certification compliance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout onboarding and scheduling, responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams—Sales, Operations, Legal, Technical Review, and Scheme Managers—to resolve issues.
  • Maintain detailed records and track progress from audit assignment to completion.
  • Identify and elevate risks or compliance issues and contribute to continuous process improvements.
