About the Role
* Supporting customer logistical operations by managing material demands.* Providing logistical solutions to the customer.* Reporting on logistical flows.* Monitoring global logistical performance (spares, MRO, xBH, warranty, AOG, order intake, SCS, and enforcement of contractual terms).* Applying commercial policy to generate quotes and supporting Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with contractual agreements.* Following up on logistical discrepancies.* Contribute to the preparation of offers and/or the signing of contracts.* Manage and monitor supply contracts, including Risk Management throughout the delivery process until final fulfillment.* Participate in CEFO (Customer Engagement & Financial Outlook) routines.* Represent the customer’s logistical needs (supply chain, transport, program support).* Create direct sales orders in the Headquarters' ERP system (EC2).* Address customer PBH (Power-By-the-Hour) requirements and monitor performance.* Create purchase requisitions in the AHMSA...
