About the Role
enablesGROUP in Pasig is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support our Fashion eCommerce retail account. You will assist customers across Australia, the United States, and New Zealand through voice, chat, and email channels, ensuring excellent service.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of BPO experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing positive customer experiences. This is a full onsite position with a dayshift schedule.
