About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • manage software licenses, financial quotations, and order processing for internal and external customers,
  • coordinate and book trainings for global customers,
  • ensure professional communication with customers and team via phone and email,
  • prioritize and resolve customer requests in a timely manner,
  • collaborate with multiple departments, including Technical Support, Sales, and Product Management.
