About the Role

Responsibilities:
manage software licenses, financial quotations, and order processing for internal and external customers,
coordinate and book trainings for global customers,
ensure professional communication with customers and team via phone and email,
prioritize and resolve customer requests in a timely manner,
collaborate with multiple departments, including Technical Support, Sales, and Product Management.
