About This Contractor Role
The Customer Experience Developer (CED) is a client-facing member of the Technical Account Management team. This role focuses on implementing and optimizing website experiences by developing and maintaining A/B tests, personalization campaigns, and other front-end solutions. The CED ensures accuracy and performance across digital properties to improve user experience and drive client results. Assigned to a set of accounts, the CED works as part of the account team to deliver business value, strengthen client relationships, and support long-term strategic partnerships.
