The Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for coordination of internal Supply Chain case management process. The role involves building long-term relationships with customers, using language and interpersonal skills.
The role includes phone communications, coordination and validation of the cases, cases dispatch function between supply chain streams, development of internal customer-supplier relationships in collaboration with multiple Supply Chain streams on the follow-up of customers’ requests.
The position is based in Katowice, Poland.

The role will involve cooperation with customers. Customer Experience Coordinator is a key contact between the back-office teams and the Customer, SC members and the plant.
