Customer Engineering Analyst

Remark: This position is based in Bayan Lepas. Might be move to Batu Kawan in future based in management decision.

Job Purpose:

• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
• Work with different parties such as Engineering, Finance, IE, Procurement to provide RFQ on time and drive improvement program to ensure competitive price.
• This position requires strong communication, negotiation skill, analytic skill, project management skills, operation and business insight to deliver critical business milestones.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assure the highest level of Customer Satisfaction and Service. Maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
2. Customer point of contact. Manage escalation or any specific request from customers.
