About the Role
The purpose of this position is to carry out the maintenance servicing of Vertiv equipment, after hours service work and commissioning as planned and directed by the Service Operations Manager and Thermal Super
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Reporting:
- Plan your customer service maintenance visits in a structured and methodical manner.
- Time Sheets – Digital reporting tool to be used (, accurately record hours worked, and all call out and response times) each day.
- Field Service Reports - to be completed for every maintenance & service call attended.
Operational Delivery:
- Carry out commissioning, service contract maintenance and after-hours service commitments in a professional, efficient manner.
